TO QUALIFY:

1. You must REGISTER ONLINE or in person for the Shopping Spree(s) as indicated above while this promotion is active and then

2. You use any agent of Choice Realty as your own exclusive listing agent (a fee is associated with selling your property) or as your own selling agent (virtually never with any cost) and then

3. You buy or sell (or both) a home, using your Choice Realty agent, within 12 months of registration.


OTHER DETAILS:

THE SHOPPING SPREE(s) SHALL BE AWARDED as merchandise gift cards, gift certificate or check(s) to the store(s) of your choice.

$250 Shopping Spree for a home $60,000 to $100,000
$500 Shopping Spree for a home $100,001 to $150,000
$750 Shopping Spree for a home $150,001 to $200,000
$1,000 Shopping Spree for a home $200,001 to $300,000
$2,000 SHOPPING SPREE for a home more than $300,000

Even DOUBLE SHOPPING SPREES are awarded to customers who BOTH BUY AND SELL as provided.

There is no award for: buying or selling for a price under $60,000, customers or clients who have or had contracts or brokerage engagements with Choice Realty prior to registering, customers or clients who have previously viewed and/or negotiated (with another agent) for the purchase of the property qnalifying for this shopping spree or for customers/clients who are referred to Choice Realty by a 3rd party for a fee. The Shopping Spree award must appear on the HUD-1 Settlement Statement, approved by any/all lender(s) involved in the transaction. No award will be given outside of closing.

Each Award is based upon a 6% total commission, split 50/50 between listing and selling brokers. Shopping Spree amount will be proportionally adjusted for any lesser commission basis.

Customer's choice of Shopping Spree(s) will be given to customer immediately at the conclusion of closing. Customer may use the Shopping Spree for merchandise immediately after closing.

These terms may be changed at any time without notice, but those posted at the time of Buyer's registration will apply.
