2. You use any agent of Choice Realty as your own selling agent (and there are many benefits of that) and then

3. You buy a home, using your Choice Realty agent, within 12 months of registration.

THE REBATE shall be PAID TO YOU by Choice Realty immediately after closing.

There is no rebate for: buying or selling for a price under $60,000, customers or clients who have or had contracts or brokerage engagements with Choice Realty prior to registering, customers or clients who have previously viewed and/or negotiated (with another agent) for the purchase of the property qnalifying for this REBATE, nor for customers/clients who are referred to Choice Realty by a 3rd party for a fee.

Each rebate is based upon a transaction with a 6% total commission, split 50/50 between listing and selling brokers. REBATE amount will be proportionally adjusted for any lesser commission basis. Rebate is paid to Buyer from broker's commission earned in the transaction, even though commission is paid by seller or listing broker.

Buyer's REBATE check will be given to customer immediately at the conclusion of closing.
